By using this service you agree to use it for lawful purposes only. You may not misuse the platform, attempt to reverse engineer it, or use it in any way that could harm other users or the service itself.

Your Content

You own your resume and any content you submit. We do not store it. We process it in real time to generate analysis and recommendations, then it's gone. We will never use your content to train AI models.

Payments and Refunds

Balance added to your account is non-refundable once used. If you have unused balance and a dispute, contact us at support@worththeapply.com and we'll work it out. We're a small team and we do right by our users.

No Guarantees

Worth The Apply provides AI-generated analysis and resume suggestions. We do not guarantee job placement, interview callbacks, or any specific outcome. Results vary based on the role, your experience, and factors outside our control.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes we'll notify you by email. Continued use of the service after changes means you accept the updated terms.
